The Founding Principal
Professor Dato’ Zamzani Abdul Wahab (Chef Zam)
Chef Zam, whose full name is Zamzani Abdul Wahab, is a renowned Malaysian celebrity chef, culinary educator, and television personality. He is known for his expertise in Malaysian and international cuisine and has become a beloved figure in the culinary world.
Celebrity Chef: Chef Zam has gained popularity through his appearances on various cooking shows on Malaysian television. His charming personality and culinary skills have made him a respected figure in Malaysia’s food scene. He is a Malaysian celebrity chef who has been awarded the Professor Award by the prestigious University of West London in recognition of his experience and contributions to the field.
Culinary Educator: In addition to his television career, Chef Zam is also known as a culinary educator. He has taught at various culinary institutions, guiding and inspiring the next generation of chefs. He is frequently invited to serve as a judge in various cooking competitions at both local and international levels.
Author: Chef Zam is also a successful author, with several cookbooks to his name. His books often highlight Malaysian cuisine, providing readers with a taste of the country’s culinary heritage and his personal cooking techniques
Entrepreneur: In addition to his roles in media and education, Chef Zam has also been involved in the food business. His entrepreneurial ventures include various culinary-related enterprises, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the industry.

Chef Mohd Kamaruddin Bin Adnin
With over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Mohd Kamaruddin Bin Adnin has built an exceptional career across luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, and international catering services. His expertise spans menu development, food cost management, kitchen operations, and culinary training, making him a distinguished figure in the field.
He has held key leadership roles at renowned brands such as Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Mandarin Oriental, and MAS Awana Services, overseeing large-scale kitchen operations, managing teams, and pioneering innovative culinary concepts. His international exposure includes serving as Executive Chef for Zad Catering Co. Ltd. and Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna in the UAE, as well as working aboard prestigious cruise liners like Seabourn Pride and Royal Viking Sun Ship.
An active figure in the global culinary scene, Chef Kamaruddin has served as a judge for prestigious culinary competitions and has played a pivotal role in advancing Malaysia’s culinary reputation. As the President of the Professional Culinaire Association (PCA), he continues to contribute to the growth of the industry by mentoring aspiring chefs and shaping future food trends.
His extensive experience in kitchen management, food innovation, and training positions him as a valuable culinary advisor, offering strategic insights into the hospitality and food service industry.
