The following are the daily rental charges for using facilities available at RTiC

The rental of the facilities, tools, utensils, tableware, furniture and/or appliances, etc. are for use within RTiC’s premises only.
A refundable deposit of RM500.00 is required upon confirmation of the booking. Breakages and lost items will be deducted accordingly from the deposit.
A surcharge of RM400/day is applicable for filming/TV productions
The prices quoted are for the usage from 9am – 6pm. Additional charges of RM100/hour/room (filming) and RM50/hour/room (seminars/workshops, etc.) are applicable if the usage exceeds the above stated timing.
Cancellations made beyond 14 days will qualify for a full refund less RM100 administration fee plus tax charges, if applicable. Any cancellation made between 14 days to 7 days prior to event will qualify for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
