About Us

Rich Talents International College (RTiC) was established in 2021 in the heart of Shah Alam City Centre, Selangor. RTiC is a college/skill training centre/TVET that aims to empower Malaysians with high skills in critical areas for the country's tourism and food industry. It offers a variety of courses based on Culinary Arts & Pastry/Bakery and Food Preparation to young graduates of PT3, SPM, SPMV, small/medium entrepreneurs, corporate companies and also adults who aspire to meet the needs and demands of skill education at a fee that reasonable It functions as a specialized Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center of Excellence and has been commissioned by the Skills Development Department (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources.

The courses offered are designed based on the National Employment Skills Standard (NOSS), set by the Skills Development Department (JPK) in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources (KSM), the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, industry players such as hotels, restaurants and the tourism sector. The strict accreditation of a Training Center is done by JPK to ensure the best quality of skills training is produced for the country.

RTiC is owned, developed and managed by individuals with experience in the country's hospitality and tourism industry. Their experience and expertise is translated to students through comprehensive theoretical methods and solid practical experience which is very important in the training kitchen.

We at RTiC believe that real industry experience is critical in hospitality education to produce graduates with quality skills. To achieve this, RTiC students have the opportunity to do practical work in various hotels, restaurants and catering companies (among others) which are arranged exclusively by RTiC. For students who are interested in continuing their studies to a higher level, we have entered into a partnership with MAHSA University to offer students continuation to the Restaurant Management Diploma & Hotel Management Diploma programs which are fully recognized by MQA. To increase the marketability of our graduates on the international scene, RTiC also has an agreement of understanding with the prestigious University of West London (UWL) in the United Kingdom and Johnson & Wales University (JWU) in the United States to provide an easy path to Bachelor's and Degree levels. PROFESOR DATO’ ZAMZANI ABDUL WAHAB
Holder of Post Graduate Diploma & MA in Hospitality Management from the University of West London and ASc. & BSc Hotel/ Restaurant/ Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University, USA. He is a celebrity chef who has been awarded a Professor Award by the prestigious University of West London based on his experience and contribution in this field. He also obtained a Chef Training Diploma from Mara Institute of Technology (UiTM) in 1993.
Professor Dato' Chef Zam believes that to achieve excellence, continuous experience is essential. As a Senior Lecturer and then Head of Special Projects for over 12 years at KDU University College and also 2 years of teaching experience at the University of West London, he is often appointed as a judge in various cooking competitions at local and international levels.

In addition, Professor Dato' Chef Zam has also been appointed as a Program Study Committee Member (JKPP), Bachelor of Home Science Education (Honours) UPM Faculty of Education and Industry Advisory Panel Member (Culinary), Univesity of Wollongong Malaysia KDU.
He gained and shared a lot of experience and expertise, especially in the field of gastronomy, which he gathered while staying in the country and abroad. As a National Culinary & TVET Expert appointed by the Ministry of Human Resources, his advisory services are widely used as a reference for the development of national TVET skills.
